- What format should I submit my logo or design to you in?
- We accept .jpg .eps .tiff .png .pdf
- What shipment carrier do you use?
- We use USPS for the majority of our shipments unless otherwise specified.
- Will your orders have delivery confirmation (tracking)?
- As of 5-15-2009 all orders through KB Design Co will have a tracking number free of charge.
